As per directives from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, an Online Khuli Kachehri (Online Open Court) session was held today in the Conference Room of the Vice Chancellor's Secretariat under the chairmanship of the Honorable Vice Chancellor of Hazara University, Prof. Dr. Ikramullah Khan.
The session was attended by all Deans, Registrar, Treasurer, Controller of Examinations (CoE), Provost, Directors, Chairpersons, and Heads of Departments (HoDs).
During the Online Khuli Kachehri, questions, queries, and issues were received directly from students and discussed openly. The Vice Chancellor issued on-spot directives to the concerned officials to resolve the issues on a priority basis and ensure maximum facilitation for the students.
Emphasizing the importance of continuous engagement, the Vice Chancellor further directed that on the same pattern, Online Khuli Kachehri will be held periodically to bridge the gap between students and university departments while ensuring timely, transparent, and effective complaint resolution.
